Susi’s experience ranges from dynamic practices like Vinyasa (including 4Beat & Mandala), to Deep Yin, Breath-work and Meditation. If you step onto the mat with Susi, you will get all her passion and encouragement. She will guide you to not just work with your physical body, keep a strong focus on your breath, but also to stay in constant connection with your heart and soul. There will always be space to bring whatever you are feeling that day, and she will be right there with you. 

Susi has been teaching since 2017 in and around Leeds and travelling across the globe to host her retreats.
